Our Story

Bittered Sling® Bitters was founded by award-winning bartender & sommelier Lauren Mote and celebrated chef Jonathan Chovancek. Bittered Sling® Bitters are all natural, additive-free cocktail bitters, made using only spring water, non-GMO Canadian grain spirit & whole botanicals, and that’s it.
